💙 About Me

Hi, I’m Nardia, the founder of MediNexus Cares, and I wear many hats: partner, mother, forever student, and dedicated administrative assistant.

My journey into virtual support began in an office, but was driven from home, caring for a child with a rare genetic condition. Juggling endless appointments, communicating with specialists, and managing medical records gave me a deep understanding of healthcare systems and robust organizational and communication skills.

With over 12 years of experience in the medical field and a strong background in customer service and admin support, I realized I wanted to create something more flexible, something that would allow me to show up for my family and help others build their dreams.

While working toward my bachelor's degree in medical administration, I started helping entrepreneurs and small business owners with everyday tasks they didn’t have time for, such as emails, scheduling, document management, client coordination, and more. And from that calling, MediNexus Cares was born.
